There is a 7-day cancellation policy and in the event of a cancellation you must notify Fox Lake Boat Rentals LLC 7 days prior to the scheduled rental date, or you agree to forfeit your entire deposit. This is so we can potentially rent the boat to another customer.  In the event of a valid cancellation, Fox Lake Boat Rentals LLC will refund you the security deposit less credit card processing fees. You also agree that Fox Lake Boat Rentals, LLC is not responsible for weather conditions, and I will not receive a refund for weather conditions but will be able to re-schedule for a later date depending on availability. Note:  As per our policy we require a $400.00 per unit damage deposit at the time of rental delivery.
